Sometimes
just sometimes, a cr@ppy run that you can barely make it through, the kind of run that is laborious from step one, the type of run where you want to stop at every 1/4 mile… but you don’t. Sometimes, that type of run is more rewarding than a great run because even though you wanted to stop, even though you wanted to quit and run tomorrow, even though it felt more like work than fun
